These terms apply to all contracts for sale, supply, assembly, and maintenance of geodesic domes and mega event structures provided by Neom Tents (Riyadh, Dhahrat Laban, Saudi Arabia, Tel: +966546445522, Email: neomtents@gmail.com).
Neom Tents provides a certified 10-year warranty covering the aerospace aluminum and galvanized steel framework against structural defects, metal fatigue, and corrosion under normal operating parameters.
The geodesic dome is anchored by 16 heavy-duty steel base plates evenly distributed around the perimeter, engineered to withstand desert wind speeds up to 120 km/h.
For optimal structural stability and long-term deployment, it is strongly advised to erect the dome upon a leveled concrete slab of at least 20 cm thickness.
Standard assembly time is approximately 6 hours for medium domes, depending on structural diameter, ground terrain, and MEP integrations.
Consumers have the right to request product replacement within seven (7) days of delivery in pristine original packaging pursuant to the Return & Replacement Policy.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Riyadh.
